Playlist Submission Guidelines 📜

Playlist Information: Explore a variety of themes & genres curated by Vivid. Whether you're looking for something fun or serious, there's a playlist for every mood.

Platforms: Currently available on Spotify. (YouTube & SoundCloud coming soon)

Playlist Sizes: From small, medium to large and mega playlists, each category caters to specific preferences, whether you're looking for a specific genre, theme, or mood.

• Mega: Over 200 tracks, featuring mixed genres, themes, moods, or affiliations.
• Large: 100 to 200 tracks, offering a mix of genres, themes, or moods.
• Medium: 50 to 100 tracks, focusing on specific genres, themes, or moods.
• Small: Up to 50 tracks, curated for specific genres, themes, or moods.

Promoting the Playlists: 

• Vivid Drkness, VOD Productions LLC and its affiliated entities will be promoting these playlists on their websites, social media, and more.
• Kindly follow all playlists you request your music be added to.
• Feel free to promote any playlist containing your music to help showcase your content. 

Submission Requirements:

• Request Submission Limit of 3 tracks per artist per week, MAX.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• No payment required.
• No obligation to join VOD Productions LLC Label or Discord.

Submission Process: Submit via the provided Microsoft Form. For urgent requests or technical issues, message Vivid Drkness on Discord or email playlisting@VODProductions.com.

Track Specifics:

• Explicit content may require a lyrics sheet.
• Copyright compliance is crucial.
• Track runtime limit: 00:06:30 Minutes, unless specified otherwise.

Additional Guidelines:

• Maintain respectful communication.
• Avoid excessive advertising or spam on Discord.

Playlist Updates:

• Frequencies vary from weekly, bi-weekly, to monthly based on request volume.
• Processing time: 7-14 days.

Optional:

• Join the Void Of Darkness Discord for priority processing.
• Select the Networking Role during onboarding for business-related discussions.
• Join our Email List for updates.

Note: While Discord membership isn't mandatory, server members receive priority processing for submissions.
